Our History
Staff In was founded by two female trailblazers with diverse Silicon Valley backgrounds: a former developer and a psychologist turned technical recruiters.
“While supporting U.S. tech startups via high-end recruiting agencies, we reached the same conclusion: the tech recruiting industry was plagued by a lack of synergy between recruiters and engineers, leading to wasted time, resources, and overlooked candidates. Furthermore, high turnover rates among agency recruiters compromised quality standards.
Eager for change, we founded Staff In to be an extension of hiring teams, providing highly trained recruiters skilled in tech and recruiting. Our goal is a seamless, efficient, and successful hiring experience for all.”
